Bluegrass Reunion (formally Bluegrass
Express) has been playing for the past twenty-five years in
the Wayne County and Holmes County areas in Northeast Ohio.
In 1977, the band was featured at the College of Wooster Bluegrass
Festival along with Earl Taylor, the Hot Mud Family and Katy
Laur and in the summer of 1978 at the Whispering Hills Bluegrass
Festival, the group opened for Jim and Jesse. In the summer
of 2001, the band was featured at the Apple Creek Folk Festival
where it was joined by fiddle player Andy Lo of St. Peter, Minnesota.
The group enjoys adapting songs from the folk tradition.
