Blackwater Run

Blackwater Run is a southern Ohio based band that plays a variety of bluegrass,
gospel, and old time country music throughout Ohio and the surrounding states.
Started around 1990 by brothers, Neil and Tommy Coey.
The group has evolved and improved through the years.

Neil plays the guitar, sings lead and harmony, and writes original tunes and
oversees the business for the band. Tommy plays the banjo, sings baritone and
lead as well as entertaining the crowd with his endless jokes and antics on stage,
sometimes to the dismay of his comrades! Bernard Lindsey plays the mandolin,
provides some vocals, and does some mighty fine clogging to the delight of the audience.
Craig Jarvis provides the rock solid bass, and adds a nice touch with tenor vocals.
Dave Morrison joins in on the Dobro and harmony vocals to
round out the group and give it a great sound.

Blackwater Run approaches each performance by combining professionalism
with having fun, and giving the audience a show they will remember.
That's not hard when you love what you do.
