For the uniniated Big Red and the
Wagoneers is a group of young fellas that specialize in traditional
American string band music otherwise known as Bluegrass.
Big Red and the Wagoneers is an American
String Band carrying on the tradition of acoustic music while
trying to push the limits of classification. Hard driving Bluegrass,
Old Time, Swing, Ballads, Dawg, and other forms of string band
music can be heard screaming from our instruments at any givin
moment. We like to mix it up but also pay homage to the ancient
tones.
We are having a great time hosting the
Bluegrass Happy Hour at Byrne's Pub in Columbus Ohio every Friday
Evening. Please stop by if you are in the neigborhood. The music
starts around 7:00 PM and concludes around abouts 9:00 PM. Byrne's
offers great Pub style atmosphere and EXCELLENT pizza from their
friends next door at Grandad's Pizza.
