Bailey's Bluegrass Mafia
is a new band on the scene bringing fresh new songs and style
to bluegrass music. Lead by singer-songwriter, Curtis Bailey,
who has been in bluegrass music for over 25 years, the band
has much to offer music fans. His wife, Jan, provides beautiful
harmonies and solid ryhthm guitar picking. Roland Maynard handles
the banjo picking in the band with a variety of styles sure
to please the avid fans of the banjo. The time keeper of the
band, Kiah Simons, has solid timing from her background as a
drummer and percussionist. She puts the punch in the bass and
also sings a pretty good harmony. You don't want to miss any
show the Bluegrass Mafia puts on. Because when Curtis, Jan,
Kiah and Roland are together wonderful things happen. All the
musical styles in the ensemble are incredible.
